Dipharma Francis S.R.L was founded in 1949 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy. There are 3 CGMP facilities and 1 research center were founded in Italy, 1 GMP research center in the United States. In addition, commercial representative offices were set up in Italy, the United States and China with more than 500 employees. Dipharma specializes in hazardous chemicals including nitration reaction, nitro esterification,  high pressure hydrogenation, azide, format reactions, organometallic chemistry, chiral chemistry, enzyme chemistry, chlorination and bromination.
In 2017, Dipharma has became an important partner of Fengli Jingqiu. In addition, Fengli  is the exclusive agent for the products of Nifedipine Micronized and Metaraminol Bitartrate.
