SheffCoat™ Plus C is a HPMC based coating platfrom with the addition of a carbohydrate to provide increased processsing efficiency and less cost. Over 15% solids spray suspension is desired when faster processing times are needed as the tablets cannot have prolonged exposure to heat and moisture. The addition allow for 15-20% solids spray suspension which provides the increased processing efficiency without using PVA. SheffCoat™ S also provides excellent logo definition.
