Brick red oily dispersion, beta carotene crystals dissolved in corn oil to form brick red oily dispersion, slightly neutral taste. It can be used as vitamin A or colorant in soft capsules. The ideal yellow to orange color can be obtained at lower levels. Very suitable for coloring fats, fats, margarine, cheese, ice cream, soups, sauces, baked goods and egg packages.
